A team oriented leader with extensive experience in financial management, human resources, procurement, manufacturing and distribution in both international and domestic markets.
In her previous position Gladys was involved in the planning, development and implementation of a manufacturing plant in Asia.
Her responsibilities included overseeing the financials and operations of both the US and Asian plants. Gladys brought her skills and experience to CAS in February 2014.
Gladys holds Bachelor degrees in Accounting, Business management and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of International Business (MIBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University.
